أطلقت المديرية العامة للأحوال الشخصية خدمة إخراج القيد الإلكتروني (إفرادي وعائلي)، في خطوة تهدف إلى تسهيل معاملات المواطنين وتخفيف الأعباء الإدارية، مع ضمان دقة المعلومات ومن دون أي تكاليف إضافية.
وبحسب الآلية الجديدة، فإن طلب إخراج القيد للمرة الأولى يجب أن يتم من مكان القيد الأصلي، فيما يمكن في المرات اللاحقة الحصول عليه من مكان السكن من دون الحاجة للعودة إلى البلدة أو مكان القيد.
وطُلب من المواطنين تحميل نموذج “طلب بيان القيد” الجديد ومتابعة الفيديو التوضيحي لمعرفة خطوات تقديم الطلب.

Lebanon: The Directorate General of Personal Status has launched an electronic civil registry extract service (individual and family records), a step aimed at facilitating citizens’ transactions and reducing administrative burdens, while ensuring the accuracy of information and at no additional cost.
According to the new mechanism, the first request for a civil registry extract must be submitted from the original place of registration, while subsequent requests can be obtained from the place of residence without needing to return to the town or place of registration.
Citizens are asked to download the new “Request for Civil Registry Statement” form and watch the explanatory video to learn the application steps.
