Coming to Riga has been a beautiful experience. Although the language barrier can be challenging for those of us who do not speak Latvian, I truly appreciate the kindness, patience, and effort of people who try to communicate and make visitors feel welcome.
This experience also reminds me of the incredible role of translators around the world. A warm greeting and deep appreciation to all translators who work tirelessly to bridge languages and cultures, even when they are not native speakers of the languages they translate. Through their dedication, professionalism, and constant effort, they represent their profession with excellence and build meaningful connections between people and nations.
Because translation is not only about words; it is about understanding, respect, and bringing people closer together.
