In a pioneering step in the field of digital development, Banque de l’Habitat has announced the upcoming launch of DINA (Digital Intelligent Navigation Assistant), its new AI-powered digital assistant, “as part of the bank’s ongoing journey toward digital transformation and service enhancement.” The bank stated in a press release: “The DINA application will be developed to provide customers with instant, clear, and reliable information around-the-clock, 7 days a week, in Arabic, French, and English, regarding the housing loans offered by the bank, eligibility conditions, required documents, as well as loan simulation.” This initiative constitutes “an important milestone in Banque de l’Habitat’s digital transformation journey, reflecting the bank’s commitment to simplifying access to information, developing its services, and elevating the customer experience.” It added: “The success of the DINA application requires the cooperation and support of all departments and divisions within the bank, as well as the financial and banking institutions associated with the bank, borrowers, and loan applicants alike.” Further details regarding the application mechanism, internal coordination, and the official launch date will be provided to customers soon.
